Has everyone been able to see the mansion yet? If so, what are your thoughts? Here's a sneak peak from CBeyond: www.youtube.com/watch?v=_VFf1uTLmgcTo go, add an HCV and ask for an invite. They will reward you with 1 of 5 gold items for showing up. (Or if you already know a HCV... you can get all 5 )

Even the single part is pretty huge and amazing. I'm somehow sure though that the size and goldness will reflect the price.

K, so details
The first floor of the mansion is pretty big and yes, comes with quite a few preset items. That's both good and bad. It's good because with such a big space, not having preset items with the 50 item limit would make the space look really bare. However at the same time those preset items take a bit away from large objects being placed such as pool tables or poker tables. There's only one place in the space that spawns items also, which makes it a tad difficult to move around larger objects into other rooms like the kitchen or dining rooms.
For the price though it's really not a bad deal. Once you purchase and enter the first floor area the owner automatically receives all of the items they can give out to friends on top of golden robes for both males and females. Figure if the items were all to be sold seperate, probably $2 - $5 per gold furniture item and that adds up to between $10 and $25 just for the furniture bits seperately. Then the robes would probably be sold for somewhere between the same price, meaning another $4 to $10. Being able to give out the gold furniture items to friends is a definite plus also.
Dunno if I'd recommend the space for everybody as really, the $15 price tag is yes, a bit steep, but if you're looking to pamper yourself in Home and have something that not everybody else in Home is going to have, it's worth the purchase.
