Hello everyone.
As a response to ongoing reports of technical issues being submitted to us via the forums, will be retiring select content beginning on 02/08/2012.
To start, we will be removing the Conspiracy, inFAMOUS, and SOCOM spaces. The removal of these spaces will NOT affect your inventories – all reward items earned from the games included in these spaces will remain in your inventories, as will all purchasable content associated with these games/spaces.
The one exception is the Conspiracy All Access Pass, which will no longer operate as intended due to the removal of this space from our servers. If you have purchased the All Access Pass, we ask that you contact SCEA Consumer Services (http://us.playstation.com/support/ask/ or 1-800-345-SONY) to receive a full refund.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued support. We understand that some of you will miss these spaces and associated content. However, as with all things in Home, we are on a path of constant evolution and, as a result, we will sometimes need to retire content to ensure the highest quality user experience possible. We will continue to provide you with as much advance notice as possible and will take into account any feedback you’d wish to share with us regarding the process of retiring legacy content.
Out with the old/in with the new!
