Recently, Canadian PSN users that received invites for the private beta and could not redeem them because they were region locked for American PSN users to only redeem it, was resolved with Sony having to manually send the teleporters to our accounts.
Now there is a new issue that Canadian private beta testers are going through ;s
Me and all the other Canadian private testers who went through the same problem with the voucher codes not working are now experiencing a problem with the quests not working.
The first quest 'The Package' cannot be completed, and there seems to be a bug with the quest involving the next objective saying 'test text'. This only happens for this quest by the way. In my experience after finally being able to enter the beta, I actually won the bronze Cogs tee reward and then checked out the quest screen selecting 'The Package' quest. At this time, I did not know that you needed to wear the shirt in order to proceed with the quest.
Later knowing that, I did wear the shirt, activated the quest at the Home Hub and went to the Action District expecting to see a package/popup walking to the steps of the brown house -- but nothing showed up.
I tried alternative methods suggested by users who have completed the quests and still did not work to no avail. I had confirmed my suspicion about the issue being tied to Canadian users who had their Private Beta Teleporters sent to them by Sony instead of normally redeeming the voucher to be apart of this problem.
A new beta tester who had entered it the same time I did was able to finish the quests, and was an American PSN user that actually redeemed their vouchers sent to them by e-mail.
I am hoping Sony will resolve this problem somehow.

For some reason, I am also able to select any/all the available quests in the Home Hub, but if were to select the quests in the Action District for example -- I would only be allowed to select 'The Package' quest."

So Canadians are still experiencing problems with the Quests not working after this update?"
So looks like Canadians MAY actually be experiencing problems with the quests in general, not just little things. This was noted as a problem during the beta but MAY NOT have been remedied. If this is the case, I would fully suggest that you aim frustrations toward HCMs as this was a problem that was known about for some time.
